These Terms and Conditions ("Agreement") apply to the use of the bdi baji platform and all its services. Opening an account on the site or starting to use any service means you have read and fully accepted all terms of this Agreement. Definitions and Introduction
In this Agreement, "bdi baji", "platform" or "site" refers to all digital services of bdi baji, including the website, mobile application and other authorised channels. "User" or "member" refers to any person registered on this platform. "Service" refers to sports betting, casino games, live casino and other entertainment activities.
"Bonus" refers to the welcome bonus, weekly cashback and other promotional offers provided by bdi baji. "Wagering" refers to the total amount that must be bet before bonus funds can be withdrawn. For the purposes of this Agreement, Bangladeshi Taka (৳) is the only accepted currency.
Eligibility and Age Requirement
The following conditions must be met to use the bdi baji platform:
- The user must be at least 21 years old — only persons aged 21 and above may open an account and use this platform.
- The user must be legally capable and have the right to enter into a legal agreement of their own free will.
- Multiple accounts are prohibited — each person may operate only one account.
- Any person who has been permanently banned from bdi baji may not register again.
Account Registration
During registration, the user must provide accurate and complete information. bdi baji reserves the right to close any account registered with false or incomplete information.
3.1 Required Information
- Full name and date of birth (as shown on the National ID card)
- An active mobile number linked to a wallet service
- A valid email address (if applicable)
- Payment details: bKash, Nagad, Rocket or Upay number
3.2 Verification Process
bdi baji may request a National ID card, passport or other government-issued document from the user at any time for identity verification. If documents are not submitted within the specified time, the account may be temporarily suspended.

Account Security
Each user is responsible for keeping their own account secure. It is the user's obligation to keep login credentials confidential and not share them with any third party.
- Keep your password strong — use a combination of numbers, uppercase and lowercase letters, and symbols.
- Allowing anyone else to use your account is prohibited.
- If you suspect unauthorised access to your account, contact bdi baji support immediately.
- Any transaction made from an account will be considered the responsibility of the account holder.
Deposits and Withdrawals
5.1 Deposits
bKash, Nagad, Rocket and Upay can be used to deposit at bdi baji. The minimum deposit amount is ৳500. Once a deposit is successfully processed, the balance is generally added to the account instantly.
- Users must use a wallet registered in their own name.
- Using a third-party wallet or payment method is prohibited.
- bdi baji may request additional proof to verify deposit details.
5.2 Withdrawal
The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Withdrawal requests generally take 30 minutes to 3 hours to process. Withdrawals can only be made to the same wallet used at the time of deposit.
- Account verification (KYC) must be completed before making a withdrawal request.
- Withdrawals cannot be made from a bonus until its wagering requirements have been met.
- In cases of suspicious activity, bdi baji may temporarily put withdrawals on hold.
Bonuses & Promotions
6.1 Welcome Bonus
bdi baji offers new members a 150% bonus on their first deposit, up to ৳20,000. Eligibility conditions must be met to receive this bonus, and wagering requirements apply.
- Bonus wagering requirement: the bonus amount must be wagered 20 times.
- Example: A ৳1,000 deposit earns a ৳1,500 bonus, giving a total balance of ৳2,500; before withdrawing, ৳1,500 × 20 = ৳30,000 must be wagered.
- A bonus is not cash — it is a conditional benefit.
- Using bonuses across multiple accounts is prohibited and will result in the bonus being cancelled.
6.2 VIP Cashback
bdi baji's VIP program has four tiers, each offering weekly cashback:
- Bronze: up to 0.2% cashback per week
- Silver: up to 0.4% cashback per week
- Gold: up to 0.6% cashback per week
- Platinum: up to 0.8% cashback per week
Cashback is calculated based on the week's net losses. Example: if a Gold member's weekly net loss is ৳20,000, they receive ৳20,000 × 0.6% = ৳120 cashback. Full details of the bdi baji VIP program are available on the bdi baji VIP page.
6.3 General Bonus Terms
- Bonuses may have a time limit — if not used within the specified period, the bonus will be cancelled.
- bdi baji may change the terms of any promotional offer or withdraw it at any time.
- In any dispute relating to promotions, bdi baji's decision is final.
Betting & Gaming Rules
7.1 Sports Betting
bdi baji offers betting on cricket, football, badminton, and several other sports. Once a bet is placed, the outcome is final — no bet can be cancelled or changed, unless bdi baji itself does so due to a specific technical issue.
- Odds are subject to change — the odds at the time the bet is confirmed are final.
- If a match is cancelled or does not take place, bets will be settled according to the applicable rules.
- It is the user's responsibility not to place bets on restricted events.
7.2 Casino & Slots
The RTP (Return to Player) for all casino games is set by the respective game developer. bdi baji does not control game outcomes — all games are powered by RNG (Random Number Generator) technology.
- If the connection is lost during a game, the bet will not be cancelled — once the result has been determined, it is final.
- bdi baji reserves the right to cancel any bet in the event of a technical error in a game.
Prohibited Activities
Any of the following activities is strictly prohibited and may result in account cancellation and balance forfeiture:
- Operating multiple accounts by the same person, or running an account on behalf of someone else.
- Abusing the bonus system or attempting to claim the same bonus more than once.
- Match fixing, placing bets using insider information, or any other fraudulent activity.
- Using software, bots, or automation tools to influence games or the betting system.
- Using the platform for money laundering or transactions involving illegal funds.
- Using a third party's credit card, wallet, or payment method.
- Harassing other users or disrupting the proper operation of the platform.
Personal Information & Privacy
bdi baji collects, stores, and uses users' personal information. Details of how this information is used can be found in our Privacy Policy. By using the platform, the user is considered to have consented to the Privacy Policy.
- Personal information is used to provide services, verify identity, and ensure security.
- Information may be shared with authorities when required to meet legal obligations.
- All data is kept secure using SSL encryption technology.
- Personal information is not sold to third parties for advertising or marketing purposes.
Responsible Gambling
bdi baji believes that gambling is a form of entertainment, not a source of income. The platform always prioritises the health and wellbeing of its users.

Account Suspension & Cancellation
11.1 Suspension by bdi baji
bdi baji may suspend or cancel any account at any time without prior notice in the following situations:
- If a breach of these terms and conditions is established.
- If false information is provided during identity verification.
- If evidence of prohibited activity or fraud is found.
- If required for legal or regulatory reasons.
11.2 Cancellation by the User
Users may contact support at any time to close their account. It is recommended to withdraw all valid balances before closing the account.
Limitation of Liability
bdi baji always strives to maintain service quality. However, bdi baji is not liable in the following situations:
- Loss caused by issues with the user's own internet connection or device.
- Transaction delays caused by disruption to third-party services (wallets, networks).
- Financial loss resulting from the user's negligence or sharing their own login credentials.
- Service outage due to unexpected technical failure or force majeure.
In any situation, bdi baji's maximum liability is limited to the funds available in the user's account.
Changes to Services
bdi baji reserves the right to partially or fully amend these terms and conditions at any time. Users will be notified of significant changes via a notice on the site.
- Continued use of the platform after any changes will be considered acceptance of the new terms.
- If a user does not agree to the new terms, they may close their account.
- The type of services, available games, or payment methods may also change.
